Tracey P started her career in fostering last year and is currently caring for 3-year-old twin siblings who have changed her life for the better. She said: “Seeing them achieve so much even in the short time they have been with us has been amazing.
“When they first arrived, they weren’t toilet trained and after six weeks we managed to train them to use the toilet! It was so saddening when they first arrived, they were so malnourished. I was prepared for the worst from reading notes from their referral document but when I first gave them a bath, I could not help but cry.
“We’ve fed them with lots of yummy food since they have been here, their favourite meal is spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread! I’m looking forward to our future together as a foster family and seeing them grow up together.”
