During this stage, you will need to complete an application form, you will then be assigned a dedicated and experienced social worker who can guide you through the assessment process, known as the Form F Assessment.
You will be asked to complete a full application form which will require you to provide consent for the completion of statutory checks, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and for your references to be contacted. Anyone living with you over the age of 18 years will also be subject to checks.
